Sync and Transfer Outlook Contacts to Exchange Complete Guide

“I am using Outlook since 3 years. I got a task from my senior manager where I need to synchronize my Outlook Contacts with MS Exchange Server. Now, I need to import Outlook Contacts to MS Exchange.  2. Finally, hit on Contacts folder comprising of users email id>> It is the final contacts folder present on Exchange Server

3. After selecting the folder, opt for Ctrl+ V together and then paste the contacts. Once the process is complete, all the copied contacts can be checked easily

4. Now, set the MS Exchange Contacts to Main Contacts folder present in the Address book
Select Home Tab and select the Address Book that is located on the right side of the ribbon
5. Open Address book and opt for select tools and then Option
6. Select Radio button that is present next to start the contacts folder option. Select the second list of address books present under when opening the address book, show address list first. Text settings by making a New Mail and Clicking the To button. You can see the contacts moved in the default list.
