Step 2: Navigate to File tab, then Export to a File and then click on Next.
Step 3: Select the option as Personal File Folder (.pst) and then on Next .

Step 5: Browse the destination location where you have to store the exported data and finally, click on Finish.

Approach 2: Using Archive Feature of MS Outlook
Archive feature available in MS Outlook offers the user to convert OST file to PST file format. The whole procedure is explained in step by step manner:
Step 1:  Launch the MS Outlook in your local system
Step 2: Navigate to the File option and click on Archive option
Step 3: A new window will appear on the screen. Select the required file or folder.
Step 4: Browse the destination location where you can save the archived PST data to copy .ost file in Outlook 2013
Step 5: Click on OK to start the procedure of archiving the file.
